By accessing or using the Commonware website at commonware.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when the product is shipped.

6. User Content

When you submit content to the Site (such as product reviews, comments, or photographs), you grant Commonware a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate any third party's rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
