Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging in to your account and visiting your order history.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Express shipping is not available for these addresses. Please allow additional transit time for military addresses.

Return Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from us. If something doesn't work out, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free within the United States.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair
All original tags must be attached
Items must be in their original packaging
Undergarments, swimwear, and face masks are final sale for hygiene reasons
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Return

Log in to your account and go to Order History
Select the order and items you wish to return
Choose "Return" or "Exchange" and select your reason
Print the prepaid return label
Pack the items securely and drop off at any USPS location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Select "Exchange" when initiating your return. If your desired item is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as we receive your return. For faster exchanges, you can choose to be charged upfront for the new item and receive a refund when we process your return.
