Product Designer
Design everyday clothing that balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. You'll work closely with our materials team to develop seasonal collections from concept to production. 3+ years of experience in apparel design required.
Sustainability Coordinator
Help us measure, track, and improve our environmental and social impact. You'll manage factory audits, material certifications, carbon accounting, and our annual impact report. Background in environmental science, sustainability, or supply chain management preferred.
Retail Associate
Be the face of Commonware at our Portland flagship store. Help customers find their perfect fit, share the story behind our products, and keep the store looking great. Retail experience is a plus but not required — enthusiasm and a genuine love of clothing are what matter most.
E-commerce Developer
Build and maintain the digital experience that powers our brand. You'll work on our Astro-based storefront, improve site performance, and develop new features that make shopping easier and more enjoyable. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, TypeScript, and e-commerce platforms required.
Supply Chain Analyst
Optimize our supply chain for efficiency, cost, and sustainability. You'll forecast demand, manage inventory levels, coordinate with factory partners, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and lead times. 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics required.
